Working with bright, talented, and great people is one of the signature joys of being at mStoner.
When Michael, Rob, and I formed mStoner 15 years ago, we were determined to create a work culture in which “we talk a lot, laugh a lot, try to bring out the best in each other, and find ways to create a little fun in our highly effective days.”
We’ve got an incredible team at mStoner, and I’m thrilled to announce several structural changes that will make us even better and position us well for 2016 and beyond.
First, Susan T. Evans has accepted a promotion from senior director of strategy to vice president of client solutions. In her new role, she’ll lead our consultants across the strategy, creative services, and technology practices. For the first time, all of our client-facing work now falls under one leader. This is a natural and logical next step for us as we grow and evolve, and we look forward to stronger alignment, better work, and delighted clients. I can imagine no better person for the role than Susan and am grateful every day for the chance to work with her.
Additionally, Joel Pattison has accepted a promotion to director of strategy and will lead our strategy team. In the short time that Joel’s been with mStoner, he’s worked on an array of engagements spanning research, brand development, marketing strategy, governance, and enterprise-level site relaunches.
Kate Smith, who joined mStoner originally as our controller, moves into an expanded leadership role as senior director of finance and administration.
On our design team, Mike Schulz has been promoted to user experience and visual designer. And in business development, Cassi Greenlee has been promoted from coordinator to sales manager.
These promotions, well earned, will enable us to provide even more and greater service to our client partners. Please join me in congratulating Susan, Joel, Kate, Mike, and Cassi!
